About Us
Play. Train. Recover. At home, on your terms.
Play Train Recover started with a pretty simple idea: your home should make it easier to do more of the things you love.
Maybe that's getting in a quick workout before the day gets away from you. Practicing your golf swing without losing half a Saturday. Taking twenty minutes to move, stretch, or recover. Or spending time with friends and family doing something you actually enjoy.
We're here to help make more of that possible.

Why Play Train Recover?
More of What You Love. Closer to Home.
Play Train Recover grew from something we've experienced ourselves: staying active gets harder to fit in when work, family, and everything else compete for your time.
We still want the golf course, the gym, the run outside, and the people and experiences that come with them. We just don't think those should be the only options.
Because sometimes you have an afternoon. And sometimes you have 30 minutes.
The Idea
Play. Train. Recover.
PLAY
Golf, games, sports, and the things you do simply because you enjoy them.
TRAIN
Strength, cardio, conditioning, and the equipment that helps you keep doing the things you love.
RECOVER
Mobility, recovery, relaxation, and the tools that help you feel ready to do it all again.

Home Gives You Options
Sometimes Home Is the Best Option.
We're big believers in getting out there—the golf course, the gym, the road, the trail, wherever you like to move.
But real life doesn't always cooperate. Work runs late. The weather turns. Someone needs to stay home. Or the hour you had becomes 30 minutes.
Having the right equipment at home doesn't replace the experiences you love. It gives you another way to keep doing what matters when leaving the house just isn't in the cards.

Built for Real Life
We Get It. We're Trying to Fit It All In, Too.
Play Train Recover was built by people who genuinely like being active—and don't want to pick just one way to do it.
I'm a former gymnast and track athlete who still loves training, getting out of the house, and trying new things. My husband, Reid, is a former baseball player turned avid golfer who's currently training for a marathon while still making time for lifting, cross-training, and mobility.
We also have two young kids, careers, businesses, a house, and the usual collection of things that somehow need to happen every day.
We don't want to replace the golf course, the gym, or a run outside. We want the option to play, train, or recover at home when that's what makes sense.
That's the idea behind Play Train Recover: make it easier to keep doing the things you love, even when life is full.
